Money Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Your skin suitability with X’Factor is our priority. We will gladly accept the return of our skincare item(s) purchased at xfactor-skincare.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Initiate the Money Back Guarantee process by sending an email to us at enquiry@xfactor-skincare.com or message our Business WhatsApp with your order number, your name and contact number, we will get back to you within 24 hours for the next steps. You will receive a full refund of your original method of payment for the price of the item(s). Allow up to 30 days for the credit process once your return has been received.
Items received more than 14 days after purchase date may not be returned.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to reject returns in cases that do not meet our return requirements or that otherwise indicate abuse of the return policy or violation of X’Factor Terms and Conditions.
Only items purchased on xfactor-skincare.com can be returned to xfactor-skincare.com. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Incorrect order, faulty item, damaged during shipment
In the case where you have received an incorrect order, faulty item, damaged during shipment, do email us at enquiry@xfactor-skincare.com or message our Business WhatsApp and we will be in contact with you within 24 hours.
- Product return request must be made within 7 working days from date received.
- Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and packing slip.
- Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.
- To make the process run smoother and faster, do email on your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for record purpose.
- Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process. Ceexyloside Trading will bear the postage fees if the wrong item(s) was shipped.
- Please allow 14 working days for this process to be completed.
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following situations:
- Change of mind: Once a purchase is made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds simply due to a change of mind.
- Returning unused product: Even if the product is unused, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for such cases. We advise our customers to carefully review the product details and specifications before making a purchase to ensure that it aligns with your requirements. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within the specified period for assistance and possible resolution.
